I have known Daniel for years, working closely with him as we both grew up in the tech industry through various roles in management and leadership. Back then we worked hard and partied harder - as they say. I later learned that that strategy comes with a cost for most and a high price for many. Whilst it was heartening to learn of the struggles my colleague
and a friend experienced “behind the scenes”, it was equally inspiring to learn of his dedication to continuous recovery and determination to find a more sustainable way of living.

I have witnessed the struggles of addiction and the hard work of recovery in my own life from several close relations. I know of the pain for everybody involved, the hard work it takes
to move forwards and the daily efforts needed to make the crucial changes.

Recoverlution to me is the chance to make a difference
- permanently. Bringing recovery out of the shadows by delivering the content, tools and connections needed to embrace and support lifelong recovery.

My own background is in the industry of software engineering. I have a background in computer science and I have worked in senior leadership positions over the last 7 years. My experience is primarily related to software as a service, cloud-based engineering as well as open-source software and community-based collaboration.
