When I was approached by the founder of Recoverlution, I was not sure that he had the right person.  I am not a recovering addict and therefore was initially apprehensive if I had the  right insight to be of any help.  But, it turns out that all I need is my passion in helping others to heal, irrespective of their condition.  

 

I have a particular interest in mental and emotional conditions and the effects of trauma on the body, mind and spirit and I use the tools that I have gained as a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Acupuncturist to help empower people to heal.  

 

I have always had a strong interest in all complementary therapies as my interest first started at home with my mother always turning to traditional remedies first before consulting a doctor. Since then, my love for traditional medicine has grown to where I am today, with a fascination in traditional medicine and the deep healing of these age-old ways, and an appreciation and  realisation that we not only our bodies, but our mind and spirit also.  

 

This is a unique and special platform which I am very proud to be a part of as we help others on their healing journey through recovery.
