Recoverlution’s Melissa Kuman: Nutritionist
Hi, I am Melissa Kuman, a Nutritionist BSc and Mindset Coach, as featured in Women’s Health Magazine and BBC Radio.
From a young age, food has always held a special interest for me. I love cooking, and of course eating, and I really want to share the joy food brings to me with the world.
My love for food led me to study Nutrition and qualify as a Nutritionist. I then studied in Life Coaching. Combining these two, provides the perfect blend of evidence based nutrition and people skills. This enables me to help others create lasting change in their diets and in their approach to food.
I have coached hundreds of clients worldwide, helping them with nutrition, their relationship with food, gut health, weight loss and much more.
Healing from the inside-out
My skillset provides me with the knowledge to help my clients heal from the inside out. Typically, I work with people who love their food but are frustrated with fad diets and feel confused with all the health information out there.
I help them build a happy and healthy relationship with food, so they can get the health and body they want without being preoccupied with food and calorie counting
I studied nutrition for 4 years and am endorsed by the Association for Nutrition. This means I’m held to the highest standard of evidence-based practice.

What I enjoy most about being a Nutritionist is hearing clients say I have changed their lives in a positive way, and how much they enjoy my sessions. I also love meeting new people and building new connections.

What I bring to Recoverlution
As Recoverlution's nutritionist, I would like to bring a really straightforward approach to nutrition. One that is easy to understand and implement. I would also like to offer a safe space where members can trust me to guide them on their own individual health journey.

I hope to share so much with you as a Recoverlution member! Nutrition, health (and myself) are always evolving. I want to continue to add value to this unique recovery-focused platform.
I will endeavour to inspire you to make small and manageable changes over time. Changes that will lead to improved overall health and wellbeing.
You can look forwards to regular input from me, guiding you through the A -Z of health. I will be sharing simple recipe ideas, covering gut health and teaching simple health rituals. My aim is to empower you to make better choices and have a healthy approach towards nutrition, showing you how to love your body and care for it in the best way possible.
