Whats New?

We’ve Launched with Zoom!

Everything you know and love from on-line meetings, all in one dedicated-to-recovery platform. We are now in partnership with Zoom, our new video conferencing provider.

As a group organiser, you are now able to host meetings with all the features you are already familiar with. Attend your usual meetings, with the same quality and appearance you’re used to. Only now it’s integrated within a platform that supports and helps you grow in your recovery.

Don’t just leave a meeting, connect with the people you were on there with to help build your recovery community.

Recurring Meetings

Don’t ever miss a meeting. You now have the ability to jump onto your favourites with the reoccurring link. Group organisers can now set up meetings that repeat whenever they like. This helps you to stay organised and have a better experience with the meetings you enjoy.

Chat and Connect with Members via Groups

To save you the inconvenience of having to search around to discover the people you want to connect with, simply use the chat or connect function from the members list within groups. Helping you connect with people straight from your meetings.

Co-host Meetings

Group organiser unable to make the meeting? Whether they are running late, had an accident or simply can’t make the meeting, you as a co-host now have the ability to take the meeting so others don’t have to miss out. Group organisers can send you the invite to allow you to co-host whichever meetings they like.

What’s next?

We are conscious that the need for connecting people and their recovery groups is high. Which is why a large part of our focus right now is to bring on additional functionality, and general enhancements to the groups and community pages.

Meeting Updates: 1:1

If you’re somebody that just needs to have 1:1 meetings with your clients, you will soon be able to do this. Giving you the ability to invite your connections, and schedule your usual meetings with them, with the space to keep in touch afterwards.

Having your clients on the platform means they have the ability to meet like-minded people, people that they may really connect with, and people that may help them further on their journey.

Groups Enhancements

We are adding a more personalised experience to your group with image banners, and message boards. Giving you, as a group organiser, the ability to make your page your own. Posting the latest updates and information onto your board, will help members stay informed and engaged with your group.

As a group member, group personalisation will help you differentiate between the groups you have joined. You will also be able to write updates, positive news and more.

Community Improvements

We will be giving you, as a member, the ability to search, refine and filter your way through meetings and groups to make sure you join the meetings and groups you want and need to align with your journey.

Changing the way you can write posts with share-ability and privacy settings, multiple images and more. Giving you an easy-to-use newsfeed that is personalised to you.
